About the Company

SWHHI inspectors all have construction backgrounds. We understand how homes are built in the valley. We are all native to Arizona and have extensive experience in the construction process.

SWHHI is a family owned company. We are concerned about satisfying the client. We do not advertise and depend on happy customers to refer us to friends and family. When you call to schedule an inspection you will get an owner, not an employee working for a paycheck. If you are happy tell others, if you are not happy tell us!

SWHHI has not been sold or bought. SWHHI is not a franchise and doesn't send our earned income out of state. When hiring SWHHI you can feel good that we support our local economy. SWHHI was founded by the current owners, will never be sold and will always be an Arizona Company.

When buying a property you should be as informed as possible about that property. You should hire the best Home Inspector you can find. With over 45 years combined experience in the construction industry you can feel confident when calling SWHHI that you have called the best in the business. We will inspect the property and meet you at the property to discuss findings of the inspection. That afternoon or the following morning you will receive a full report including a summary with items we feel need immediate attention. You can read the report and add or remove any item at your discretion.

About Lynn

I was born and raised in Gilbert and have been in the construction industry for 30+ years in Arizona and have been doing Home Inspections for almost 4 years. As a Native Arizonian I have seen a lot of change in the Valley. Our company is family owned and we support the local economy.

I am certified by the State Board of Technical Registration as a Home Inspector. To become certified I attended classes and passed State BTR Standards exams (State adopted ASHI standards). With my experience in construction I have an understanding of the building process and know why a house does what it does. Our reports are made for houses built in the Valley and reflect the way homes are built here in Arizona. Our reports exceed the State BTR Standards (State adopted ASHI standards).

My approach to Home Inspections is no nonsense. I report the condition of the house as it is. This gives the client valuable information regarding the condition of the house and they are be able to make better decisions based on credible information regarding the condition of the house.
